Indian fitness model Rohit Khandelwal won Mr. India in 2015 and was the first Asian contestant ever to be crowned Mr. World in 2016. Khandelwal is from the city of Hyderabad in India and he is also a rising actor and television personality.
His incredible physique is a testament to his passion for fitness and healthy living. He has was won multiple awards for both his health and fitness achievements and acting achievements. Kandelwal is 5’10” and weighs 176 pounds.
It took Khandelwal three years of intense training to transform his physique into the elite fitness model body that he has achieved.
He primarily trained in a circuit weight training fashion. He also plays soccer, which provides him with great cardiovascular conditioning and keeps him lean.
