Indian fitness model Rohit Khandelwal won Mr. India in 2015 and was the first Asian contestant to be crowned Mr. World in 2016. Khandelwal is from the city of Hyderabad in India and he is also a rising actor and television personality.

His incredible physique is a testaments to his passion for fitness and healthy living. He has was won multiple awards for both his health and fitness and acting achievements. Kandelwal is 5’10” and weighs 176 pounds.

It took Khandelwal three years of intense training to transform his physique into the elite fitness model body that he has achieved. He primarily train in a circuit weight training fashion. He also plays soccer, which provides him great cardiovascular conditioning and keeps him lean.

Khandelwal kept focused, determined and trained hard for months for prepare for the Mr. World. He maintained a high level of confidence knew that he could go all the way and win.

Day 1: Monday: Back

Back: 6 Exercises, 3-4 Sets, 5-30 Reps for each set
30 min Cardio

Day 2: Tuesday: Chest

Chest: 5 Exercises, 3-4 Sets, 5-30 reps for each set
Abs: 2 Exercises, 3 sets, 15 reps for each set
30 min swim

Day 3: Wednesday: Football

Football – 1-2 Hours

Day 4: Thursday: Arms

Biceps: 3 exercises, 3-4 sets, 5-30 reps for each set
Triceps: 3 exercises, 3-4 sets, 5-30 reps for each set
30 min cardio

Day 5: Friday: Legs And Shoulders

Legs: 4 exercises, 3-4 sets, 10-20 reps for each set
Shoulders: 4 exercises, 3-4 sets, 5-30 reps for each set

Day 6: Saturday: Swimming

Swimming: 30-45 min
Abs: 2 exercises, 3 sets, 15 reps for each set

Day 7: Sunday: Football

Football – 1-2 hours
